Skills that kill.

 Schedule Changes
Our CF1 and Skills classes have moved to Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30 and 6:30 PM respectively.

This Friday
This Friday we will have a 4:00 PM workout at the gym, then a 5:30 workout at a local hill for some fun hill sprints. You are welcome to show up at the gym between 5-5:30 so you can follow us the the hill. There will be no regular 5:00 or 6:00 PM classes.

Work Party on Sunday
In yesterday’s post I mentioned that MBS will be getting a bunch of brand new equipment from Rogue Fitness. We are looking for a few good men and women to help us out, roughly 10 people would be great. Email Patrick@mbscrossfit.com.

 

Workout of the Day
150 Kettlebell swings for time
30 each of:
Men – 35,44,53,68,72
Women – 16,26,35,44,53

Break it up as often as needed. There is a 9 minute cap.
