FREE WOD for friends and family this morning at 9:00 AM
Have a friend you’ve been wanting to bring to the gym? How about the park? We will have our 9 AM class at East Park. Friends join in for free and you get to sweat it out with your non-CrossFit (yet) buddy.
(There will be no 10 AM class.)
Workout of the Day
2 Rounds for time:
50 Bench jumps
50 Ball Slams, 20-40 lb.
50 Lunge steps with ball, 20-40 lb.
50 Goblet Squats, 20-40 lb.
One person works at a time. While one person is working, the other partner holds a front plank on elbows.
