Workout of the Day
Power clean
Work up to a heavy set of 3 within six sets. Then, break the bar down to 75% for the workout:

Five rounds, each for time of:
4 Muscle-ups or 10 Ring dips
8 Power clean 185/125
16 Single-leg squats (with or without support)
Rest 2 minutes
