Project Jacked 2012 Winner

Congratulations to Jeff Wallace, the winner of this years 2012 Project Jacked Nutrition Challenge. Jeff has been working hard all summer at MBS with the morning crew. When Project Jacked rolled around in early September, Jeff thought it would be a good time to step up his game!

At the end of the 30 day challenge, Jeff had lost 21 lbs, he took 3 inches off of his waist, and add an inch to his chest. Jeff also opted to get his blood work done before and after the challenge; the result of 30 days of hard work was 40 point off his total cholesterol.

Here’s what Jeff had to say about this years Project Jacked Challenge.

“After the challenge I felt a lot stronger and I noticed my energy level was very high. The most difficult part of the challenge was coming up with good recipes not only to feed me, but my family as well. The best thing about this challenge was my new found energy, and bacon and eggs in the morning isn’t bad either. I would recommend this for anyone. I really enjoyed the experience. And to my 6am peeps, every time you stay out late; every time you sleep in; every time you miss a workout; every time you don’t give 100%… you make it that much easier for me to beat you.”
