With a partner, 3 Rounds for time:
Run 400 with a 20/10 lb. med ball
*One partner starts on row, while other partner starts on run. Each partner completes 3 rounds.
2. Cool Down, if time allows:
50 foot spiderman walk
60 second pigeon stretch/side
