Get started at MBS by one of the following options:
Option 1: Try a Free Class
Need some convincing? There is no better way to see why MBS CrossFit is the best CrossFit gym in Denver than to try a free class. CrossFit experience is not required, however it is recommended that you can tolerate up to 60 minutes of light to medium physical activity.
Option 2: Get Basic Training
If you’re ready to commit, our Basic Training program is where you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. Our 6 small-group sessions will cover basic weightlifting and gymnastics movements along with getting you up to speed on stretching, nutrition, workout recovery, and everything necessary for you to be successful! Option 3: Previous CrossFit Experience
If you are switching from another gym, and/or have at least 1 month of CrossFit experience, you are welcome to try a free week of classes to check out our facility, coaches, and community to see if it’s a fit. Click on the link below to try MBS for a week!
