We offer 3 types of classes at MBS to help you reach your goals:



CrossFit classes offer a combination of weight lifting, body weight, and conditioning exercises, done in as much variety as possible, keeping every class fun and challenging. Morning, afternoon, and evening classes are offered Monday through Friday as well as Saturday morning. Those without previous CrossFit experience are required to attend our 3-session Fundamentals course to get instruction on proper lifting mechanics and an introduction to our movements. ***2019 Special – $99 Fundamentals Course reduced to $79!!! >>>Conditioning (formerly Boot Camp)

Conditioning class is a popular option for those that want a good sweat! In these 45-minutes classes you will get all the body weight and conditioning without the requirement to master the barbell. CrossFit experience is NOT required to join. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:15 am and Monday and Wednesday at 4:45 pm.



Barbell class is a popular option for those that want to focus on building strength. The focus of this class is to make advancements on 5-rep, 3-rep, and 1-rep maxes in the power movements such as the back squat, deadlift, and press, but also the Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean and jerk . It is a great addition to your regular CrossFit class schedule and will help you get those coveted strength PRs by moving consistently and efficiently. Contact us to join the next Barbell class.

We could talk all day about our awesome facility, great coaches, and a friendly community, but sometimes it’s just best to let you see for yourself! Click the link below to sign up for a FREE 60-minute CrossFit or 45-minute Conditioning class. Note, our busier CrossFit class times are not available for Free Trial. Please show up 5-10 minutes early with comfortable workout gear and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest!



Previous CrossFit Experience?

If you are switching from another gym, and/or have at least 3 months of CrossFit experience, you are welcome to try a free week of classes to check out our facility, coaches, and community to see if it’s a fit. Please email us ahead of time and we will get you squared away!
