Barbell Strength

This program is led by Coach Brandon and will help you build strength. The goal is to make advancements on 5-rep, 3-rep, and 1-rep maxes in both our fundamental strength movements such as the back squat, deadlift, and press, but also the faster Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean and jerk . It is a great addition to your regular CrossFit class schedule and will help you get those coveted strength PRs by moving consistently and efficiently.
