Conditioning

Conditioning class is a 45 minute, high intensity workout incorporating cardio endurance and strength training. This combination allows for maximum fat burn and building of lean muscle. Workouts can be modified by our certified professional coaches for any fitness level making them ideal for those new to fitness training all the way to the seasoned fitness participant. All movements will be explained during class so no prior experience is necessary. We incorporate movements like push ups, lunges, wall balls, kettlebell swings and sit ups in addition to using stationary bikes, rowers and running. It’s similar in structure to CrossFit but we take out the high skill movements and barbell.

Boot camp classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 6:15AM and Monday and Wednesdays at 4:45PM.
