This is where your journey begins! Our Level 1 classes are designed for people that haven’t done, have only done a limited amount of CrossFit, or who have fallen off the wagon and want to get back into it. You will see fun workouts designed for the beginner to intermediate athlete, great coaching, and a lot of camaraderie.
Athletes wishing to progress to the WOD classes are encouraged to attend a minimum of 12 Level 1 classes, or pass the Movement Checklist prior to doing so.
- An individual may “test out” to join main classes (WODs) early with the coach’s approval.
- More than 12 sessions is allowed and encouraged if the student wants a better understanding of specific movements.
- Classes are one-hour long and consists of a warm up and stretching, instruction on new movements, a workout scaled to the athlete’s current skill level, and a proper cool down. Additionally, students will be instructed on how to stretch to increase mobility and eat for optimal results.
