Fitness is FUN!! CrossFit Kids is focused on teaching functional movements, including some gymnastics, running, rowing and even strength training while keeping the weight light, manageable and age-appropriate. We encourage sportsmanship, teamwork and a positive attitude, all while practicing movements, working out in a WOD, as well as playing games and having fun. Our purpose at MBS is to help our kids develop lifelong healthy habits and a love of fitness.
We have classes at the Broomfield location on Tuesday evenings and the Arvada location on Thursday evenings.
4:15–5:00pm: Ages 4–7
5:15–6:15pm: Ages 8–12
4:00–4:45pm: Ages 4-7
4:45–5:30pm: Ages 8-12
