Teens & Kids

Fitness is FUN!! CrossFit Kids is focused on teaching functional movements, including some gymnastics, running, rowing and even strength training while keeping the weight light, manageable and age-appropriate. We encourage sportsmanship, teamwork and a positive attitude, all while practicing movements, working out in a WOD, as well as playing games and having fun. Our purpose at MBS is to help our kids develop lifelong healthy habits and a love of fitness.

We have classes at the Arvada location on Thursday afternoons.

3:45–4:30pm: Ages 13-16

4:15–4:45pm: Ages 4-7

4:45 – 5:30pm : Ages 8-12
