FOUNDATIONAL WEIGHTLIFTING AND

Our Youth United States Weightlifting classes are meant to be Broad, Inclusive, and General (BIG) fun for all ages. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and better overall health for our children.

Youth ages 10 to 18 years old can participate in a traditional Olympic weightlifting. They’ll learn the foundations of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk while working on their overall strength in overhead, squatting, and pulling positions. Classes are capped at 6 children and led by a USAW Level 2 Certified Coach.
