WOD (Workout of the Day)

Our WOD is our group classes, open to everyone that has attended the beginner program. Typical classes range from 10-18 athletes and are instructed by one or two coaches. You can expect to get a warmup, skill session, workout, and cool down in each WOD. Workouts are constantly varied, and results are tracked daily.

STRENGTH

Our strength class is open to anyone that has attended the beginner program. The strength class is highly encouraged for all skills levels and meant to supplement the WOD training. You can expect to take your knowledge of barbells and strength training to the next level. If you want to get overall STRONG, this is the class to attend. You will be introduced to chains, bands, tires, kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, and heavy barbells.

CROSSFIT 1

This class is encouraged for the beginner athlete, or someone recovering from travel and/or injury. Similar to the WOD, you can expect a warmup, skill session, workout, and cool down. However, more emphasis is put on understanding the technique and properly executing movement each rep.

WOMEN’S ONLY

Constant variance makes this program fun everyday. Body weight movements, metabolic conditioning, and some light weightlifting will be the foundation. No experience or beginner program is necessary. Get your sweat on with other women in a comfortable environment. Intensity and fun will be the perfect combo to great results!

INDOOR ROWING

Unleash your endurance in our indoor rowing class. This is a great full-body workout that will get your heart rate up and teach you better mechanics on the erg. You can expect to take what you’ve learned on the indoor rowers to the Boulder Reservoir for rowing on the water!

CROSSFIT KIDS

MBS Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population: neurological, cognitive, and motor. Recommended for kids ages 4-12.
