Monday, 08.23.10: Dashing Warriors

4.	Lunch was a grilled grass fed sirloin steak, about half of a baked acorn squash and two tablespoons of real butter. The only thing you really need to do is set the oven to 425. Cut the squash in half and cut the guts outta it. Place the two halves face down onto a backing dish. Cut slivers from the top and both sides. The will allow the squash to cook all the way through.
