Getting started at MBS CrossFit is simple. Book a free introduction to our program and bring a friend or two along. During this free intro sesssion we will introduce you to our facility, our program, and get to know more about you and your goals. Your first workout session will include a warm-up, skill session, and workout based on your current skill level. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We hope to see you soon!

Our On Ramp Program is an introduction to CrossFit methods and movement curriculum as well as a progressive approach to the intensity levels in our workouts. Classes meet three times a week for two weeks in a small-group setting. For more information please contact us.

Turns out my standards weren’t working very well at all and after the first on ramp session from coach Janelle, I had a new found respect for Crossfit. On Ramp is going great, besides the soreness, but that goes away quickly. It has been a fun time learning all the techniques and skills to CrossFit, and meeting other On Rapmers that will be in the CrossFit community. Leah has been a GREAT instructor and I’m sure I would be lost without her support and advice. Going through On Ramp has been a great learning/challenging experience and I can’t wait to start the WOD’s shortly.

On Ramp is awesome! I like that it is in a small group, it allows us a little more personal attention than a larger class might have. Leah and Shirley are great about breaking down each movement for us and making sure that we understand it and are comfortable with it. It has been a great experience and I am having a blast. I completed the On Ramp Program and I loved it. I was a little worried at first, being the only girl in my class but it was awesome and the guys helped cheer me on. It even feel great to out shine the guys at times. I went to my first WOD and was a little nervous because I didn't know anyone there but I plan on going again this week.
