1. If we sign up for the scaled division we can still complete the WODs RX'ed if we're able, we just wouldn't be eligible to win a prize in the RX'ed division, right?

2. Actually, we need you to sign up for the division you will compete in. With the large number of people and events we are putting everyone through, we will need to have the heats as accurate as possible prior to game day.

However, if you sign up for Rx and find out that you can't perform a movement as prescribed, we can move you to scaled.

We will be posting the first couple workouts the week prior, so you will know at least 2/4 workouts and whether or not you can do them. Additionally, I posted that you should be able to do mu's, hspu, and standard WL movements (squat snatch, OHS, etc.) if you are going to do Rx'd. We're not saying the weights are going to be Games-level hard, but you should be able to meet minimum standard of each of those more "difficult" movements.

The following list was made by Skip at FRCF for this year's Colorado Open. Based off this list, our rx'd division may go slightly heavier and include the more challenging gymnastic movements, while the scaled division may go slightly lighter and still exclude some of the gymnastic movements:

Exercise Weights
Deadlift 255/165 lbs
Back squat 225 / 155 lbs
Front squat 165 / 110 lbs

4. Nevermind, we're good to go. P.S. I didn't know what I was talking about when I wrote scaled version. There's no such thing. Just in case I confused anyone...
