Pumpkin Challenge
This past weekend, MBS sent Sam, Leah, Rich, and Sean to compete at CrossFit Julia's Team Pumpkin Challenge. Not only did Team MBS take home the Pumpkin Challenge title, but they swept the compitition, dominating all three workouts on their way to the top of the podium.
