Here we go for our FOURTH CF Open workout! This is a chipper…A smack down of deadlifts, wall balls, rowing, and handstand pushups. This video is a bit longer..17 minutes. If you can stand it, I do actually give have a few things that may save your back on the deadlifts and wall balls. Probably the best point is about having some good music rocking during the row…Good thing we have a DJ lined up for Friday Night Lights!
