Skills-Beginner Program

Getting started at MBS is designed to prepare you for unlimited access to our group classes safely and effectively.

GROUP SKILLS COURSE
This class is the introductory program for beginning CrossFitters. Anyone and all skill levels are encouraged to see what CrossFit is all about. We don’t require you to be in shape to be a member at MBS. We just require that you have a fundamental knowledge of the required skills and movements before joining the WOD (workout of the day). You must attend a minimum of 6 Skills classes prior to graduating into our group classes, or have the coach’s approval. You are then welcome to upgrade to Unlimited Membership!
$150/month

 

When:
Evening sessions - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday night from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
Morning sessions - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00 to 7:00 am.


 

PRIVATE SKILLS COURSE
For those that can’t commit to the Group Skills course, or would prefer to work one on one with a coach, try our private skills course. Typically can be completed within 4 sessions on your schedule.
$75/session.

You are invited to try out our gym for free!! Come see what CrossFit is all about. All skill levels are welcome to our group class on Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM. You will get a fun workout, see our facility, and meet our great community!
