The MBS CrossFit difference

Coaching. This is not a traditional gym routine of wandering around the gym deciding what to do next. We provide the plan and the coaching so that you work hard and reach your goals. You will be held to high standards and receive focused attention in each class.

Community. Working out with a group provides accountability that can’t be matched anywhere else.

Results. We realize that it is not where you start or currently are, but it is where you end up. We are interested in making the good great, and the best better. We provide valuable workout tracking tools to record your progress.

 

Rates

Monthly:
3x/week membership: $150/mo (Includes 3 visits Mon-Fri, plus FREE Saturday workouts.)
Unlimited membership: $175/mo (Includes every class on the schedule unlimited times per month)

3x/week - Includes Workout of the day, CF1, Women’s Only, and Skills classes. Not for use with Strength, Rowing, or Endurance classes.

Unlimited - Includes Workout of the Day + strength, rowing, endurance, and CF1 classes. Free or discounted clinic/workshop access.

New Members - Sign in here to pay for 3x/week or Unlimited classes.

 

Prepaid Membership: (applies to Unlimited only)
6-month 3x/week prepaid membership: $870 ($145/mo)
6-month Unlimited prepaid membership: $990 ($165/mo)
12-month Unlimited prepaid membership: $1800 ($150/mo)

Couples & Family: Pay $250 for two. $300 for 3 or more. (11 and under are free, applies to monthly unlimited membership only, no additional discounts applied)
