Workout of the Day
Hill Sprints
Jog the mile course down to the hill. Warm up and stretching will happen there. Then, 5 hill sprints on the 2 minute interval.

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
6 Burpees
12 Box jumps 24″/20″
24 Double unders*
*Substitute 24 stick jumps if you don’t have double unders.
