Cholesterol blood-work: Friday, September 5th
6:00 to 8:00 am – scheduled blood panel test. Fasting required. Please email lindsey@mbscrossfit.com your 10-minute time slot between 6-8am.

WOD Post-Test: Saturday, October 6th 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
8:30-9:00 am- “after” pictures and body comp measurements
9:00 – 10:00 am – Project Jacked post WOD
10:30 – 11:30 am – Post challenge feast (food and drinks provided by MBS!) Please RSVP for the feast by emailing Lindsey@mbscrossfit.com by Wednesday. Thanks!
