Here is Lexi’s bio:

A native from Colorado, Lexi grew up with a love for being active. From an early age, yoga became a way to pass her time, playing with arm balances and just how far the human structure could go. In 2004 Lexi graduated UCMT and became a certified massage therapist. She knew this would be a good start on getting a deeper look into the human body and what athletic performance can do for the muscles and human structure. After massaging for a few years she decided to deepen her education and take on the job to teach others on how to shape their bodies internally and externally. Lexi became a certified yoga instructor in 2007. Over the years she has found her balance with both massage and yoga, incorporating the basic fundamentals of body alignment and how to use our breath as a tool for overall body success.

A brutal massage therapist, Lexi also takes a brutal approach to her yoga. Stepping out of the “yoga box”, she makes it a fun, loud and a fast paced workout. Using a Vinyasa method with upbeat music, Lexi utilizes your breath to not only engage all of your core strength, but to help flow your body from pose to pose. Her fast paced method activates cellular tissue and increases the speed of muscle memory. Her flows engage core muscles with balance & repetition, not to mention intense heat to release your body’s toxins. If you enjoy having things a little loose and unpredictable and feel muscles you didn’t know you had, then lose the idea of what yoga is and come check it out!
