6:00 to 8:00 am - scheduled blood panel test. Fasting required. Please email lindsey@mbscrossfit.com your 10-minute time slot between 6-8am.
WOD Post-Test: Saturday, October 6th 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
8:30-9:00 am- “after” pictures and body comp measurements
9:00 - 10:00 am - Project Jacked post WOD
10:30 - 11:30 am - Post challenge feast (food and drinks provided by MBS!) Please RSVP for the feast by emailing Lindsey@mbscrossfit.com by Wednesday. Thanks!

Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3 up to a max of 225/155 lb.
3-position Clean (ground, knee, pocket)
5 sets working up to a max of 185/125 lb. Work on pulling fast under bar.
Gymnastics
