We believe that fitness changes lives. Our goal is to change the way you look, feel, and perform to be the best you that you can be. We have been training athletes since 2008 in our 10,000 sq. ft. airport hangar. Our coaches are specialized in weightlifting, gymnastics, and group conditioning, and offer results that cannot be matched elsewhere.
Our coaching philosophy is that you receive sound, professional, and personal service in each class. Our group classes build a team atmosphere where fellow athletes encourage and push you. Consequently, your progress as an athlete will be exponentially faster and more intense. Our members are athletes that want to get better at whatever life throws at them, whether that means they want to better their 10k time or they just want to be able to keep up with the kids.
Our Facility
11,000 sf. total facility size, including:
- Two (airplane) hangars, each 4,500 sf. Our south (CrossFit) area opens to the flightline and has a 70′ Rogue pullup/squat rig mounted in the center. The north (warm up) area offers a mobility area, separate pullup rig, rowers, and recovery area.
- 2,000 sf. Olympic lifting room with four Olympic platforms, squat rack, jerk boxes, bands and chains for speed lifting, and kilogram competition bumper plates.
- Three bathrooms with showers
- Two additional changing rooms
- MBS retail store (Nutriforce supplements, MBS gear, tape, etc)
- Professionally cleaned
