Schedule a free introduction to our program and bring a friend or two along. During this free intro session we will introduce you to our facility, our program, and get to know more about you and your goals. Your first workout session will include a warm-up, skill session, and workout based on your current skill level. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
Where and What Time are Intros?
Free Intro sessions are Wednesdays at 6:45 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am. To sign up, just fill out the form below and we will make sure you get everything else you need to get in the best shape of your life!
What to Expect?
After filling out a waiver, we will observe one of our group classes. We want to show you how our program works and what to expect after completion of the beginner program. Next, a coach will take you through a basic warm up and workout that typically takes 10-15 minutes to complete. After the workout, we will cool down and discuss what workout plan is best for you.
