Due to the Southwest Regional competition this weekend, the following schedule changes are being made this week:
Strength Class - 6&7am strength class stays on Tue/Thu. The 11, 5, and 6pm classes will be Tue/Wed.
Friday - morning and lunch classes ONLY (evening and CF1 classes cancelled)

Basil Chicken Bake by Yo

Deeeelish!

Yo came up with this recipe and it is amazing! Yo’s cooking skills are a benefit to you! I highly recommend it.

Basil Chicken Bake
By Coach Yo Snavely
Ingredients:
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 can bamboo (optional)
Handful of mushrooms
1 cauliflower
1 can coconut milk
2 chicken breasts
Soy sauce (gluten free)
Siracha
sesame oil
ginger
Fresh basil
