*A panel of MBS coaches will decide winners. Photos will only be released to MBS coaches and NOT to everyone unless permitted by you.
(Optional) Cholesterol blood-work: Friday, September 1st
6:00 to 8:00 am - scheduled blood panel test. Fasting required. More info will be provided if this option is chosen.
WOD Pre-Test: Saturday, September 8th 8:00 am-11:00 am
7:30-8:00: “before” pictures and body composition
8:00-9:00: Project Jacked WOD and challenge briefing
Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
6 Deadlift 225/155 lb.
7 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 72/53 lb.
12 Box jumps 24/20″
Deadlift: mod 1 - 185/135 lb.,
Kettlebell swing: mod 1 - 53/35 lb.
You may mod anything else as needed. However, you will do the same weight and modification for both PRE and POST tests.
Potluck Dinner: Thursday, September 20th 6:30-8:00
Create your favorite paleo dish to share with the group. A guest chef will be sharing their favorite paleo dinner as well. Bring Tupperware because there will likely be leftovers!

6:00 to 8:00 am - scheduled blood panel test. Fasting required. Please email lindsey@mbscrossfit.com your 10-minute time slot between 6-8am.
WOD Post-Test: Saturday, October 6th 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
8:30-9:00 am- “after” pictures and body comp measurements
9:00 - 10:00 am - Project Jacked post WOD
10:30 - 11:30 am - Post challenge BBQ (food and drinks provided by MBS!)
