Fat bar clean and jerk, 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Follow with 2 rounds:
60 seconds max effort double unders
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds max effort burpees
Rest 60 seconds

    Rowing WOD
    500 m - 5 squats x 6 = 2500m
    250m - 5 pushups x 10 = 2500 m

    100 sit ups and 100 supermans (back extensions)
