If you don’t have muscle ups yet, do 5 rounds of “Cindy” for the first couplet (5 pu, 10 pushup, 15 squat).

    Rowing Club:
    Be sure to show up either way. I will talk to the coaches about the possibility of using at least a few ergs.

    In the end, If you decide to hit the WOD, I will be there to coach you as well.
