Workout of the Day
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:
Clapping pushups or regular pushups
Jumping lunges or regular lunge steps
Knees to elbows
I’d challenge everyone to begin with clapping pushups and jumping lunges. But, if you begin to slow down to the point of resting after every rep, go to regular pushups and lunges.
