Lunch classes back squat’n

 

Workout of the Day
With a partner: 8×400 meter run (8 total, each partner does 4, P1 runs while P2 rests…)

Once the last person comes in from the run, rest 2 minutes

10 Minute AMRAP:
1 Rope Climb
5/3 Strict HSPU
10 KB Swings, 72/53 lb.

Extra credit:
100 weighted side bends with KB or DB in each hand
