AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Run 200 meters with medicine ball 20/14 lbs.
Max L-seat hold
18 Medicine ball cleans 20/14 lbs.
Run 200 meters with medicine ball 20/14 lbs.
Max L-seat hold
18 Weighted situps 20/14 lbs.

Modify L-seat with a tuck-seat or mixed-seat position.

    I had a blast coaching (subbing) all evening classes! Thanks for all your hard work! Not to mention Liz, Jess, and Dave (sorry if I forgot your name), they rocked out the Row WOD at 6 pm on their own! I did put my two cents in as needed. :)
