Workout of the Day
Stone to shoulder practice, work up to your heaviest stone

Strongman medley, 3 attempts for best time.
For time:
15 yard sled pull, very heavy
15 yard sand bag carry, very heavy
3 stones to shoulder, heavy, heavier, heaviest
15 yard sand bag carry
15 yard sled pull

We should be aiming to finish this medley at around 1:45-2:15. Rest as needed between attempts.
EXTRA CREDIT:
15 Strict toes to bar
Run 800
15 Strict toes to bar
