Learn a fast, effective way to improve your Oly Lifting Skills. This workshop is excellent for people both interested in improving their CrossFit or for those interested in the Sport of Weightlifting.Learn the technique of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Get hands on instruction from Coach Meriah. Be prepared to workout; bring your lifting shoes if you have them.
What: Olympic Weightlifting Workshops
When: 3-Part series. Attendance at all 3 sessions is NOT required, but helpful.
Session 1, August 23rd: The Snatch
Session 2, September 6th: Clean and Jerk
Session 3, September 13th: Split Snatch, Split Clean, Power/Push and Squat Jerk
Each session will run 2-2.5 hours long from 11am to 1:30pm
Where: MBS CrossFit weightroom
Cost: $40 per session or $100 for all 3.
